Sur La Vague gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full store credit within 15 days of original purchase. Being that we are small company and rotate inventory quickly returns are excepted for store credit only. Any reduced-price items or merchandise marked "SALE" or "Final Sale", and custom orders cannot be returned.
To begin the return process please scroll to the bottom of the website and submit your return request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or copy of order confirmation email, which can be included in your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to confirm we have received your returned item
Upon approval, your return will be processed, and a store credit code, which can be redeemed at checkout, will be sent to you via email. The code can easily be added to an Apple Wallet for safe-keeping and ease of use.
If you have been approved for a return, but have not received an email containing your store credit code within 5-7 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, due to the fault of Sur La Vague.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs in the event of a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Initial shipping costs will not be included in store credit for returns.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
