Sur La Vague Return & Exchange Policy

At Sur La Vague, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased directly from our website for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.

As a small, limited-inventory brand, returns are accepted for store credit only. Reduced-price items or merchandise marked “SALE”, “FINAL SALE”, or custom orders cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, scroll to the bottom of our website and submit your Return Request Form.

Please include your receipt, proof of purchase, or order-confirmation email in your return package.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If approved, we’ll issue a store-credit code via email, redeemable at checkout.

Your credit code can also be saved to Apple Wallet for convenience.

If more than 5–7 days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your credit code, contact us at info@shopsurlavague.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired item before returning your original purchase to ensure availability.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit as usual.

We replace items only if defective or damaged due to the fault of Sur La Vague.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit.

If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Sur La Vague cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking number.
