Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

During high-volume periods or special promotions, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We ship nationwide from Dallas, Texas via USPS or UPS.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International orders may take 10–20 business days to arrive depending on customs and carrier timelines.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping

We periodically offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our website and Instagram for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Sur La Vague is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist if a package is lost or delayed.

If your package shows “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier directly and notify us at info@shopsurlavague.com so we can help investigate.

Pre-Order or Back-Order Items

Pre-order or back-order products will ship as soon as they arrive in our studio. Estimated delivery windows will be listed on each product page.
